Gaze out from your lanai or take a few steps out to the grassy area as the beautiful Maui sunsets complete your day.
If you are looking to relax or if you are looking for an adventure, this unit will provide you with all that you need. The unit is under new ownership and new management and we are ready to offer you an amazing experience.

**The Molokai Tower, which this unit is located in will be undergoing a roof replacement starting 4/1/25 with the estimated completion date set for 9/12/25. Some major milestones during this time are as follows. The AC will be turned off to the entire building from 4/21/25 - 6/25/25, there will be excessive noise due to the roof demolition from 4/28/25 - 5/23/25, there will be periodic water shut offs during construction hours (approx 9am-4pm) which the contractors will give their best advanced notice as possible. These are some of the major milestone topics, please inquiry for more information. These dates are estimate subject to normal caveats of weather delays, excessive spalling uncovered and required repairs, etc. Please inquiry for more details.
